Atlanta Youth Lacrosse 2019 Spring Youth League
  • All players must be current US Lacrosse Members and provide their USL Member Number upon registration. If you do not have a USL membership visit - uslacrosse.org - USL membership for youth players is $35 - If a players registration comes back non-member or expired there will be an additional $25.00 charge.
  • Enter either: Pre K - K or numbers 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 as per grade level

  • Volunteer coaches are vital to all Rec leagues. are you interested in being a Head/Assist Coach
  • You can be an extra hand during practices or on the sideline as coaches always need some extra helpers.
  • Requests are considered but not guaranteed. Many factors impact setting teams: Coaches field choice - grade level - days - times - player experience - etc. We CAN NOT accommodate ALL requests, parents MUST be prepared to adjust as per final rosters and practice locations set.
  • Practice times are between 5:00 & 7:00 - actual practices are about 1.5 hours. Teams practice 2 times a week. Practice days could be Mon/Wed or Tues/Thur or other depending on location. Parents MUST be prepared to adjust as per final practice location set. In order list your preferred practice location. There are NO guarantees.   • Players receive a reversible game jersey and shorts Players must have their Spring league issued jersey on in order to play -- Initial here that you read and understand AYL's policy
  • Players must have ALL of the required equipment in order to play on the field - Helmet, Shoulder Pads, Armpads, Gloves, Mouth guard, protective cup, boys stick, turf shoes or sneakers. Initial here that you read and understand AYL's policy
  • Players are required to bring their own water jug. Player should be able to drink from the water jug with his helmet on - need straw or squirt bottle. During hot days players need extra water. Initial here that you read and understand AYL's policy
  • Atlanta Youth Lacrosse endeavors to provide a safe environment for you and your child. Atlanta Youth Lacrosse provides leagues, camps, clinics, tournaments, speed/agility training, private instruction, coaches clinics, and other activities for boys grades preK-12. These programs have a certain amount of risk associated with them. This form is to make you aware of those risks and to inform you that you and your player(s) assume certain responsibilities for your decisions and actions. For Your Health - I agree to assume the natural risks associated with exercise and physical activity. Unacceptable behavior - will result in immediate termination and removal from the field and premises of any person or persons who behave in an unacceptable manner on or off the field. Your Consent and Release - I hereby agree to release and hold harmless Atlanta Youth Lacrosse, its staff and volunteers, from any loss, liability, claim of bodily injury or property damage, or costs which may arise due to my participation in any Atlanta Youth Lacrosse programs. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Georgia. I authorize the use of my child(s) first & last name for the posting of the rosters, media guide, etc. and other uses and the use and reproduction of any and all photographs or video footage for Atlanta Youth Lacrosse promotional purposes.   • Credit Policy-AYL has a Credit Only policy. This is in effect upon registration. If your child cannot participate and we are informed prior to the start of the season we will issue you a full credit The credit is good for one year.   • Refund - A 50% refund is issued if a player is injured or has an illness prior to the start of the season that prevents them from playing. A doctors note is required. No refunds or credits are issued once a season starts.Initial here that you read and understand AYL's policy
