Coaches EXPECT players to be at each practice and game!YOU are IMPORTANT to the whole TEAM!
Missing a practice or game IMPACTS…Coaches practice plans, drills and your Teams performanceAll players need to be at the field 30 minutes before their practice/game time.
Always be prepared carry lacrosse balls in your bag so you can start warming up with your teammates!Players need to be dressed and ready to go before they step on the field
Put your shoulder, armpads, game or practice jersey on before you get into the car to head to the field!
Put your cleats, helmet and gloves on when you get out of the car!
This way you are READY TO GO before you even touch the field!Lacrosse players don’t waste precious field time for any practice or game.
Make use of EVERY minute that you possibly can!
MOUTH GUARD clear mouth guards are not acceptable
Players are REQUIRED to wear a mouth guard anytime they are on the field for practices orgames. They can be any color – clear is NOT acceptablePurchase a mouth guard that attaches to the players helmet!
