No Bag? No Problem

It seems every year someone forgets their lacrosse bag or it gets misplaced after practice and I see a player lugging his equipment around haphazardly. One of the easiest ways to carry your gear is to use your lacrosse stick as a makeshift carry-all. The video below is a short instruction on how to use your lacrosse stick in such a handy way.

Please note: This technique should only be used if you do not have access to an equipment bag. If you do use this method to transport your gear please remove all of the gear off your stick when you get home. This will preserve the integrity of the stick for future practices and games.
