Great start to the Fall season

Dear Players, Parents, STARS and fans,

Thanks for making the first day of the Fall season a success.  We appreciate everyone coming out and braving the hot weather.

Each year I am amazed at how far everyone has come and the improvement of all the players.  While I know some of the players are new and we don’t do a lot of instruction during the Fall season it is up to all players to take it upon themselves to watch lacrosse “You Tube” is a great resource to watch fundamental videos and actual game footage.  Listed below are some videos that will be helpful to every player.

Cradling a lacrosse ball

Picking up a ground ball

Passing a lacrosse ball

Catching a lacrosse ball

Shooting a lacrosse ball

Shooting errors

Parents get involved even if you never played you can use a baseball glove (ugh) to have a catch with your son.

Look forward to seeing everyone on the field!
