Apparently, there is a sport called International Rules Football, which is some combination of rugby and soccer. I have no idea what the object of the game is but I say make the next Word Cup use these rules because even without the dog it is tremendously exciting and I do not have a clue what is going on!

Yesterday a truly astonishing moment happened to me. I ran one mile faster than I ever had before.

At 9:30 in the morning I had the cardiorespiratory test for Strength Training at Kennesaw State University. The test was simple. Run 1.5 miles as fast as you can. Players please start hydrating now for tomorrow’s practice.

It is very important to drink a good amount of water at least 8 glasses or more today before you step on the field.

Bring  water to practice and every game and stay away from soft drinks and energy drinks.
